Janet Bazzell, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
It is my fundamental belief that although adverse situations are an unavoidable facet of life, given the proper tools and means of support, personal growth and a sense of self-determination can and should be made manifest.
While utilizing tenants of trauma-informed care, ACT, and CBT, I am deeply interested in centering the individual story and collaboratively exploring ways to integrate mindfulness and coping strategies for overall well-being.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults in addressing trauma, relational challenges, and stressors related to a person’s unique mental health. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Indiana University.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, playing soccer, yoga, reading, and being anywhere near water.
